10 Years of
Black Coffee

While at Made Agency, to launch the limited edition Black Coffee Red Bull can, celebrating 10 years of his career, we developed an integrated campaign, I was responsible for creating most of the assets. The core asset I created was ten illustrations commemorating milestones in Black Coffee's career. I designed the bespoke timeline microsite where we housed the illustrations, created social content, and produced post card sized prints as blogger drop sent to key influencers. Lastly I designed billboards and magazine ads to promote the can and the campaign.

Illustrating the can

The initial can illustration was done in just under two days to meet a tight deadline. If I'd had more time I would have crafted the design more, but regardless I'm happy with how the design turned out.

Milestone Illustrations

The biggest part of the campaign that I was involved in was developing the style for, and then creating, 10 milestone illustrations for key points in Black Coffee's career.

Blogger Drop

To promote the campaign we sent packs to prominent music influencers. The pack included the limited edition Red Bull Can, a pack of postcard illustrations, a license disk sticker, a pin badge, Black Coffee's latest album and branded headphone case to carry it all in.

Bespoke Timeline Microsite

We developed a timeline microsite to house all the illustrations as well as other milestones from Black Coffee's career. The microsite was also home to competitions and social content.

Billboards & Magazines

To promote the can and the microsite I also designed a couple different billboards, magazine ads and point of sale branded assets.
